Transdermal nicotines effect on metabolism of caffeine, olanzapine and diazepam?

I am interested to know how this will effect the levels of olanzapine in my blood. Will they rise or fall? Also will this cause caffeine (low use)and diazepam(low use) to effect me more or less?
