Has anyone had shingles on the back of their head?

I have been diagnosed by my Dermatologist and my Internal Doctor
with Shingles on one side of the back of my head. I had to cut my hair short because the weight of the long hair was pulling on the nerve
endings. I was treated with Famvir it cleared up. It’s been 6 weeks and
they are coming back again on the back of my head. I thought once you had shingles you couldn’t get it again. I’m 49 and this is a painful
ordeal. Can I get the shingles shot at my age and will it prevent it from
coming back. I never heard of having shingles on the back of your head.
